Clients can sometimes be unrealistic with their expectations, this is dealt with very quickly so both the driver and client are on the same page. 

Mike personally makes sure every driver gets a full briefing of the client before they are assigned to the appropriate job, that way the driver knows what is expected of them and the clients needs and their are no hidden strings and the right driver can be selected for the job.

It's no secret that the trucking industry in New-Zealand has a shortage for drivers, primarily because the driver isn't qualified enough and drivers are seen as replaceable and valued less than the client. Here at Staffline we see this is a challenge we want to keep the trucking industry booming. We do not expect unrealistic expectations we believe drivers should be treated fairly and if they are unqualified for the work we will train you!
